Plymouth South High School - In July of 2015 Bacon Agostini Construction Joint Venture began construction on the new Plymouth South High School. After removal of a substantial quantity of unsuitable soils within the building footprint, Agostini self-performed the foundation work. Structural steel erection is currently ongoing. Agostini joined the Owner’s Project Manager, Ted Gentry Associates and Designer Ai3 Architects, LLC, on this $90 million dollar construction project. The project consists of a new 250,000 sf high school including related sitework, renovations to the existing football stadium and track, a new on-site waste water treatment facility and new multi-purpose playing fields, followed by the abatement and demolition of the existing Plymouth South High School.

SMITHFIELD — Students at a recent Sunday evening Mass celebrated in Bryant University’s Interfaith Center chapel were eager to share stories about spring break. However, unlike most of their peers, the group of 15 students had spent their spring break not on the beach, but in Washington D.C., where they participated in community service with a number of nonprofit ministries. The students were part of an alternative spring break trip, one of several new opportunities made possible by a recent donation to Catholic and Christian ministry at the university.
