John J. Moran Medium Facility

The ongoing John J. Moran project comprises an Addition and Renovations to existing buildings. The Addition will house a new Kitchen, Laundry, and Warehouse areas and the Renovations will include a new maintenance area, new mechanical room, new committing area, renovated administration offices, renovated shift command, control area and an expansion of the dining areas. Also part of the scope was a new two-story guardhouse and new security fence and gate.

The Moran Security Facility project is being completed in multiple phases to maintain the operations of a fully occupied correctional facility. In addition, we have worked through the current pandemic at an occupied correctional facility implementing new procedures and safeguards to keep the project on schedule and maintain safety of the inmates and crew.
